Syrup is obtained by cooking Maqui fruits with water and sugar, resulting in a sweet and tasty syrup with a distinctive fruity flavor and an acidic touch. In addition to its delicious flavor.

- In a shaker, mix 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of Nalca syrup, 1 oz of pineapple juice and 1 oz of passion fruit juice.

- Mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup of Nalca syrup and the juice of 2 lemons.
- Pour the mixture into an ice tray and freeze for at least 4 hours.
